Webinar Support
If you are having issues connecting to the Webinar
Please try the following:
- Have you got Microsoft Teams installed? – This webinar uses Microsoft Teams. You will need to install Microsoft Teams to attend. Microsoft Teams is free to use to view “Live Events”.
- Is your internet connection working? – Check to see if you have a connection to the internet by visiting a web page on the device you are using, or by using your default search engine to search for something. If you are able to see a webpage, then you are connected to the internet.
- Are you attending the right Webinar? – Each of our webinars has a different attendance URL. Be sure you are attending the right event.
The event should have started, but all I see is “This Live Event hasn’t started”.
- Please “leave” the event, and rejoin using the link. If that doesn’t work, please “leave” the event, close Teams, and then rejoin using the link.
- If you are still not seeing anything, there is sometimes a small delay with the Microsoft Teams network which means the event may not start until a few minutes after the start time. Please wait a few minutes and then try again.
Still not working?
We’re sorry to hear you are still having issues getting into the webinar. Don’t worry – we are recording all of our live sessions and we will be posting them on our Youtube and Vimeo channels, so no one will miss out.
