For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller (except as otherwise provided in the RSS Alerts and Warnings Feed specified in the RSS Alerts and Warnings Licence in clause 17.3 of the Website Terms of Use) is Endurance (Internet Security Awareness) Limited of 7 Parsons Street, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1JJ . In respect of the RSS Alerts and Warnings Feed, The Cabinet Office is the notified data controller. On behalf of HM Government, the notification is held as part of the overall Cabinet Office record, which is recognised by the Information Commissioner under reference Z7414053.
      
2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
   
   We may collect and process the following data about you:
   
   1. Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.getsafeonline.org (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material, completing supporter’s application forms and sponsor us forms or requesting further services. This may include, but is not limited to, Details of your name, address, e-mail and telephone number that you provide.We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us and when you report a problem with our site or provide feedback.
